Welcome to Dreamshare

Dreamshare is a future-building community and recurring event series based in the SF Bay Area. It brings together an eclectic mix of people around a single commonality: we all dream. We all want a future in which something is different from the present. We are all bringing what’s inside us into reality.

Whether you're a seasoned expert ready to share your magnum opus, or someone whose story is just getting started—this is a space to cultivate and share your calling with curious minds representing builders, activists, artists, and more.

Dreams can be anything:

  • Learning a recipe
  • Organizing a protest
  • Getting lost in the fog
  • Building a product
  • Making a film

Dreamshare happens as gatherings and as an ongoing community owned practice.

Quarterly Events

The flagship format. A multi-course course dream-tasting menu with:

  • Lightning talks: 5-7 speakers share their dreams in casual 5-minute sessions highlighting their creative process and moments of transformation along the journey
  • Dream one-liners: Audience members share their own dreams between
  • Mixer: Swap skills, find collaborators, eat free food and be freely

50% dreamsharing, 50% unconference. Light on facilitation, heavy on serendipity. After the programming, we close out the evening with free food and refreshments, freeform conversation where we let the unexpected magic emerge.

Monthly Roundtables

The stripped-down version. No stage, no speakers—just people gathering to talk about their dreams, small or large.
In their intimate sessions we're able to dive deep into our dreams and collaboratively build. The quarterlies are a celebration, the monthlies are the support and community that we need to grow something worth creating. And the monthly cadence allows our dreams to integrate into the larger ecosystem.
