Builders, activists, and artists in one room? Experts next to people who don’t know what they want yet? This is crazy! Damn right it is! But, I know first hand when it works, it’s magic; a reality in which we may be seen from many perspectives.
Dreams unite us. Lets dedicate this time to revel in them, tune into our inner guides, and platform our intuition.
50% Show and Tell + 50% unconference/mixer
We’re going light on facilitation, heavy on serendipity; keeping enough structure that it’s not cognitively taxing, but enough freedom that the unexpected can emerge.
- Part 1: Show and Tell. A series of short, 5-minute lightning talks. Presenters share what they're building, learning, or dreaming about, the thoughts bubbling inside them. No polish required.
- Part 2: The Mixer. An hour or so to do, share, eat free food, drink free drinks and be freely; Swap skills and find collaborators. This is where the bridge-building happens.
Our first gathering, Writing Circle taught us how to share our inner worlds. Dreamshare is where we’ll build new ones together.
